OVERVIEW

To be able to compete in today’s fast-paced and highly technical workplace, your ability to demonstrate project management best practices-both on the job and through certification- is an essential element to obtain. In this course, participants will learn the generally recognized common practices of project management as per the Project Management Institute (PMI). This course is designed to provide participants with a deep understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PM BOK) needed to demonstrate project management mastery on the job. Moreover, it prepares participants for the Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) Certification Exams and provides fully the training prerequisite for the examination (35 contact hours for PMP and CAPM). The skills and knowledge you gain in this course will advance your career and give you a competitive edge in the project management profession.
